BN66 Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights & Responsibilities for Pakistani Players

Account Registration & Management

Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across all accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your bn66 account, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. bn66 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other service. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bn66 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bn66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time bn66 deems necessary:

• Government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

5.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a clear error in odds, game result or system malfunction, bn66 reserves the right to void bets affected by the error, regardless of whether they have been confirmed. Players will be notified of any voided bets and stakes will be returned. No bet placed as a result of a known system error will be honoured.

5.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• Match result markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, etc.)

• PSL markets are settled according to official PCB/PSL results. Any subsequent appeals or reversals by PCB are not retroactively applied to settled bn66 markets

Account Suspension & Closure

bn66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including for any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 10 or for any other breach of these Terms. In cases of account closure:

• If the closure results from a verified terms breach, bn66 may withhold any balance pending investigation and resolution of the specific breach
• If the closure is initiated by bn66 for non-breach reasons (such as business decision), any verified account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe
• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any balance at the time of closure will be returned subject to completed KYC and no outstanding wagering obligations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data or indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues outside bn66's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Losses arising from your failure to read and understand the applicable betting or game rules
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures beyond bn66's control

bn66's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect liability for fraud or gross negligence by bn66.

Amendments to These Terms

bn66 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bn66 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the bn66 platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
